Goldberg recently shocked the world when he defeated The Fiend with four spears and a jackhammer to win the WWE Universal Championship at Super ShowDown.
Now the WWE Hall of Famer is carrying the title into WrestleMania, and he’s set to defend his belt against Roman Reigns.
It’s been reported that Paul Heyman has been involved with Goldberg’s storylines in the past, and it looks like he will also be involved with this one.
WrestleVotes is reporting that even though the bout is a SmackDown match, and Paul Heyman is the Executive Director of Monday Night Raw, Heyman will still have some influence over the build for Goldberg vs. Roman Reigns.
It was also noted that Goldberg has strong relationships with both men, especially Goldberg.
Although the match is on the SmackDown side of the card, Paul Heyman will have some influence on the build & storyline for the Goldberg vs Roman Reigns Universal Title matchup at WrestleMania. Heyman shares very strong relationships with both, especially Goldberg.
