WWE fans haven’t really seen all that much of Dolph Ziggler over the last few months, as he quietly disappeared from TV.
Dolph Ziggler did compete in the 2019 men’s Royal Rumble match, but he then disappeared again
Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that Dolph Ziggler is currently on hiatus from the ring.
WWE wanted Dolph Ziggler to work backstage as an agent, but he didn’t want to be an agent, so they wrote him off TV.
It’s not clear when he’ll be returning, or when WWE will figure him back into the plans.
Dolph Ziggler is currently busy promoting his comedy tour, and recently joked on Twitter that he’s “in between jobs.”
