This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw featured a big segment in the main event spot as CM Punk made his first appearance on Raw in over a decade. The former WWE Champion said that he’s home and now everyone is wondering where he will go from here.
Despite the fact that he appeared on Raw this week PWInsider is reporting that CM Punk has not been officially assigned to any roster internally. It was also noted that Punk is not currently scheduled for this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
For now it seems that CM Punk is not limited to one brand for the time being. Fightful recently reported that there was talk of WWE using CM Punk as a free agent, but that doesn’t appear to be confirmed.
There’s currently no word on what’s next for CM Punk as WWE has not yet announced his next appearance as of this writing. However, we will likely be seeing a lot more of Punk as time rolls on as it’s believed that he signed a multi-year deal with WWE.
Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
