This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw is shaping up to be one of the biggest episodes in some time as the red brand will be crossing over with Stranger Things as Raw celebrates its one year anniversary on Netflix, and some big title matches have been confirmed for the card.
WWE is expected to pull out all the stops tonight and it’s rumored that Chris Jericho could be making his return during Raw. Adam Pearce leaned into the rumors on Sunday when he posted a video hyping up the title matches on the show and said, “Who can break down the walls and claim the gold?”
Ahead of Raw, PWInsider is reporting that they’ve heard from no one who believes Chris Jericho will be there tonight live in New York City. Chris Jericho’s AEW contract expired on December 31st, but as of this writing he is still listed on the roster page on AEW’s website.
If Chris Jericho is indeed returning tonight then it’s likely WWE would go out of their way to keep the return a secret until it happens, so it will be interesting to see how things play out tonight on Raw.
