This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite was the go-home show for the All Out pay-per-view, and at the beginning of the show Jon Moxley left an open contract for an AEW World Title match in the ring.
Ace Steel grabbed the contract and later confronted Punk then cut a fired up promo. During the promo Ace Steel cursed when he dropped a F-bomb and PWInsider is reporting that Steel immediately took responsibility for the error after he returned backstage.
Steel agreed to a pay a fine and it’s being reported that the fine was donated to charity. It’s also being said that the company praised Steel’s reaction and it was seen as an example of how to deal with errors and accept responsibility for them when they occur.
It’s also being reported that talents received an email discussing a number of points for All Out week and one of the points was to be careful not to use expletives on live TV.
