Backstage News On Low Ki’s Return To Impact Wrestling, New Impact Tag Team

This week’s episode of Impact Wrestling aired live from the Impact Zone in Orlando, FL, and the focus of the show was on the X-Division. Earlier in the night Sonjay Dutt returned and suggested that the X-Division Championship match between Trevor Lee and Andrew Everett become the main event of the show, and that he also be added to the match.

Bruce Prichard them suggested that since Impact Wrestling uses a six sided ring, six competitors should participate in the title match. Suicide and Dezmond Xavier were added later on in the show, and Low Ki surprised everyone when he returned during the main event.

Low Ki returned wearing his Hitman attire, and he managed to win the match after he hit Trevor Lee with the double stomp. He is now a 5 time Impact Wrestling X-Division Champion.

According to PWInsider, Low Ki’s Impact Wrestling return was set in stone about two weeks ago.

A video package hyping up the return of former TNA Tag Team Champion Crimson also aired on Impact this week, but apparently he won’t be using the name Crimson when he returns to television.

Crimson will be going by the name Mayweather and he’ll be forming a new team with Jax Dane who will be using the name Wilcox. Together they are set to work as a tag team called the Veterans of War.
