John Cena told Complex Sports last week that he’s been medically cleared and that he was ready to return at any time. A few days later ha made a surprise return at WrestleMania 32 when he helped The Rock fend off The Wyatt Family. The next day we literally couldn’t see John Cena because he was nowhere to be found. The Raw after WrestleMania is always one of the biggest shows of the year but Cena didn’t make an appearance on last night’s episode.
It was noted by Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio that John Cena might not actually be cleared to return to the ring full time which is why he didn’t appear on Raw. He was obviously healthy enough to do the segment with The Wyatt Family, but it’s being reported that the talk backstage is that he’s not healthy enough to come back full time. The Wrestling Observer reported a few weeks ago that John Cena likely wouldn’t be returning to the ring until July. It’s now being speculated that the 15 time World Champion could be looking at a full time return sometime in mid-May or June.
Following his big WrestleMania moment with The Rock and The Wyatt Family, John Cena took to Twitter to thank The Great One and the fans.
Thank you @WWEUniverse and @TheRock for a surreal #WrestleMania "they" told me it was impossible, "they" don't know who they're F'n with!

It looks like there’s already a main event feud waiting for John Cena whenever he does return full time. Roman Reigns was asked who he wants to face next on The Today Show during his appearance on Monday morning and he called John Cena out.
It was noted by PWInsider that WWE didn’t mention Brie Bella’s retirement because the company made the decision to keep it a Total Divas storyline. Brie’s retirement will apparently be explained on the show next season.
