This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw focused on the fallout from the WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view, and it was an interesting show to say the least.
PWInsider reports that this week’s episode of Raw had a lot of rewrites, and as of 5:30 PM on Monday afternoon the creative team still didn’t have the final script for the show.
WWE didn’t follow up on the Humberto Carillo vs. Sheamus feud this week, as Ricochet ended up facing off against Sheamus. It was noted that much like Mansoor being forgotten about a week after he debuted, a decision was made to focus on something else.
On Sunday night The Miz was “eaten” by zombies at WrestleMania Backlash, and the word going around backstage was that Miz suffered a knee injury during the match.
There’s concern that The Miz may have suffered a torn ACL.
