The 2020 WWE Draft kicked off on Friday Night SmackDown last week, and it wrapped up on Monday Night Raw last night. Some big moves were made, and now that WWE has reshuffled the deck there’s an opportunity for new feuds to be created.
Lars Sullivan was drafted to SmackDown, while Braun Strowman was drafted to Raw. For now the two big men are on separate brands, but Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE has plans for Sullivan and Strowman to face off in a year or so.
Braun Strowman is currently set to wrestle his final match on SmackDown on Friday night when he challenges Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. Strowman is set to face Keith Lee on Monday’s episode of Raw.
Lars Sullivan will be facing Jeff Hardy in his final SmackDown match before Hardy makes his way to Raw.
At this point there’s no telling if WWE will actually move forward with the feud in a year, but it will be interesting to see what happens. Stay tuned for updates.
