There’s no denying that the NWO was one of the most influential groups of all time, and the legacy of the faction was cemented last year when they were officially inducted into the Hall of Fame. The induction made Scott Hall a two time Hall of Famer, and the world is unfortunately mourning the loss of Hall following his passing.
Fightful Select reports that WWE had tentatively planned for the NWO to be part of WrestleMania weekend in some capacity. The report notes that prior to Scott Hall’s passing there was talk of bringing in him and other NWO members for a WWE 2K22 promotional spot during WrestleMania weekend.
The New World Order are featured on the cover of the special NWO 4-Life edition of WWE 2K22. It’s not clear at this point in time if WWE still has plans to bring in members of the NWO.
