Recently during the Fight For The Fallen episode of AEW Dynamite a few weeks ago Adam Page teamed up with The Dark Order to take on Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks, but per the stipulations of the match Page and The Dark Order were removed from title contention after they lost the match.
It had been rumored that Adam Page would be challenging Kenny Omega for the AEW World Championship at All Out next month, but it was announced this week that Christian Cage will be challenging Omega for the gold.
Omega then went on to tell The Dark Order that he needed to take a break from being their friend, and Page was beaten down by Kenny Omega.
PWInsider is reporting that Page is currently taking time away from AEW as part of a planned absence. The plan was for Adam Page to take time off to spend with his family ahead of his first child being born. There’s currently no word on when his child will be born, or when he may return.
