They say that anything can happen in WWE, and fans witnessed the beginning of an unlikely alliance last week on Friday Night SmackDown. After Cody Rhodes successfully defended his Undisputed WWE Championship against Solo Sikoa, Roman Reigns came down to the ring to make the save as The Bloodline tried to take out Cody Rhodes.
Later in the show Nick Aldis proposed that Cody and Roman should team up to face Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in a tag team match at WWE Bad Blood. Initially Cody refused, but he signed the contract later in the night after he and Roman were attacked by The Bloodline once again.
WrestleVotes is reporting that WWE recently shot footage with Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes at Georgia Tech. The idea is to use the footage to focus on their connection with Atlanta heading into the Bad Blood premium live event next month.
I’m told WWE recently shot footage with Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes at Georgia Tech. The idea centers around their connection to Atlanta, ahead of the Bad Blood PLE. Cody is an Atlanta native, while Reigns played two seasons for the Yellow Jackets. #SmackDown

With Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns now teaming up it’s safe to say that there are still plenty of twists and turns coming for The Bloodline saga. It’s rumored that a new Bloodline member could be debuting soon, and you can get more on that here.
