Kevin Owens has been a hot topic in the world of professional wrestling for months now as it’s no big secret that his contract with WWE is expiring soon, and fans are waiting to see if he will sign a new deal or leave the company.
According to the Wrestling Observer, via CageSideSeats, the expectation is that Kevin Owens will be leaving WWE soon. It was also noted that Owens has been added to the WWE Championship match at the Day 1 pay-per-view so that he can take the pin and keep the other competitors strong.
A few months ago KO got fans talking when he posted the coordinates to Mount Rushmore, seemingly teasing a reunion of the Mount Rushmore stable with Adam Cole and The Young Bucks.
The former Universal Champion deleted the tweet, but then changed the location on his Twitter bio to “Almost there.” The location on his Twitter bio is currently listed as “The Abyss.”
Kevin Owens’ WWE contract is set to expire on January 31, 2022. Stay tuned for updates.
