Asuka Confirmed For Raw, Big Women’s Division Match Announced For Next Week

Asuka has been the top star in the NXT women’s division for a while now, but Asuka recently said goodbye to NXT. A few weeks ago she defended her Women’s Championship against Ember Moon at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III, and she walked out with the belt, but she broke her collarbone in the process.

The Empress of Tomorrow had to vacate her NXT Women’s Title, but she is heading to the main roster with her undefeated streak intact, and there’s been a lot of speculation regarding which brand she’ll be joining.

This week on Raw, WWE showed a video promoting Asuka for the Raw brand saying that the former NXT star is “coming soon.”

You can check out the video below.

At No Mercy Alexa Bliss is set to defend her Raw Women’s Championship against Nia Jax, Sasha Banks and Emma in a fatal four way match, but Jax won’t have to wait until No Mercy to face Alexa Bliss one on one.

Alexa Bliss approached Nia Jax backstage on Raw, and Nia informed her that they’ll be facing off in a singles match next week on Raw.
