Vince McMahon returned to WWE earlier this month and since then a few names have left the company. Stephanie McMahon resigned from her position as co-CEO and it was recently reported that Vice President of Communications Adam Hopkins is also gone.
Now PWInsider is reporting that Matthew Drew who officially held the title of Senior Vice President, International is no longer with WWE. Matthew Drew had reportedly parted ways with DAZN to join WWE in 2021 and become the Head of International. He was given the title of Senior Vice President, International in June of 2021 but exited the company last week.
It was noted that during his time with WWE Matthew Drew was tasked with, “growing WWE’s brand and business outside of the United States.” In addition to managing global media partners for WWE he also worked “with other company leaders to devise WWE’s international strategy for live events, digital, consumer products and new revenue opportunities.”
