WWE is making it clear right now that the company is motivated to lock their top talents down to new contracts as Dominik Mysterio, Rey Mysterio and Charlotte Flair have all signed new deals in recent months. Now it’s being reported that yet another top WWE star has signed a new deal.
PWInsider is reporting that WWE has come to terms with Bayley for a new deal. Multiple sources confirmed the new deal and it’s believed to be a multi-year contract.
Bayley first signed with WWE in 2012 and she went on to become one of the top stars in NXT. She ended up winning the NXT Women’s Championship and was eventually called up to the main roster in 2016. Since getting called up to the main roster Bayley has become a one time Raw Women’s Champion, two time SmackDown Women’s Champion, two time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion and a Money in the Bank winner.
Currently Bayley is a member of Damage CTRL and has been receiving a consistent amount of TV time ever since the group formed. It looks like we’ll be seeing a lot more of Bayley as her new deal will keep her with WWE for years to come.
