WWE Backlash is set to air live this weekend and this year the big event will be taking place from Lyon, France. Ahead of the show a fan posted a photo on Instagram showing that John Cena is in France, and now another big name has confirmed they are in France as well.
Charlotte Flair recently took to Twitter to post a selfie and the tweet shows that the picture was posted from Paris, France. Currently there’s no word on whether or not Charlotte is scheduled to appear at Backlash on Saturday.
During the December 8, 2023 episode of SmackDown, Charlotte Flair suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus while facing off against Asuka. It’s not clear when Charlotte could return to action, but at the time she suffered the injury it was estimated that she could be out of action for up to nine months.
WWE Backlash will air live from France on Saturday, May 4 and the current card can be seen below.
