Since All Elite Wrestling first launched in 2019 the company has signed a number of wrestlers, but recently a few names have parted ways with the company, and now it seems that another talent is done with AEW.
PWInsider is reporting that Brian Pillman Jr.’s deal with All Elite Wrestling has expired and that the deal will not be renewed. Pillman Jr. last wrestled for AEW back in May.
Even though Brian Pillman Jr.’s contract with All Elite Wrestling is not being renewed at this time it’s being said that the door is open for the two sides to work together again in the future.
Brian Pillman Jr. first appeared on AEW programming when he competed in the Casino Battle Royale at the Double or Nothing pay-per-view in 2019. He went on to make appearances on Dynamite and Dark and it was officially confirmed that he signed with the company in July of 2021. He spent the majority of his run with AEW working with Griff Garrison as a tag team known as The Varisty Blondes.
