In recent months fans have seen a number of AEW stars part ways with the company due to contract expirations, and it looks like another name could be on their way out the door. Back in April, Santana got fans talking when he posted a tweet which simply said “126 days.”

The tweet referenced September 1st which would be around the time that Santana’s contract with All Elite Wrestling is set to expire. Santana recently got fans talking once again when he posted a tweet which said, “Soon.”

Sean Ross Sapp has speculated that there may be issues between Santana and Ortiz as they have kept their distance from one another during in-ring segments.
On Wednesday night Santana competed in the Blood & Guts match which saw the Blackpool Combat Club pick up a win over the Jericho Appreciation Society. Unfortunately for Santana he suffered an injury while performing a uranage on Daniel Garcia. Following the move he spent the rest of the match resting near the cage and he was later taken out and helped to the back.
