It was recently reported that Andrade requested to be released from his WWE contract, and today he confirmed that the rumors are true, and he noted that he does not know what the future holds when he posted the following:

It was recently reported that Andrade was not backstage at Monday Night Raw this week, and that his release request has not been granted. Andrade last appeared on WWE programming back in October of 2020.
