Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax are best friends in real life although they might sometimes be on different sides of the fence. As fans witness their relationship grow on Total Divas it’s great to see these two are so close because you need friends in the pro wrestling business.

But all great friendships need to start somewhere and it turns out Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax’ first meeting was just as humorous as the relationship that followed.

E! Online recently had a chance to speak to Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss, when they discussed how they first met. Of course, those two would later become best friends, but it all started with Nia Jax being locked out of the WWE Performance Center during her tryout for WWE.

Nia Jax said, ”I was extremely nervous about the tryout, so I got there early, like super duper early.”

Alexa Bliss chimed in saying, “Yup, she was locked out of the building and I had to let her in.”

“She was sitting there doing her workout and she didn’t want to be bothered” Jax carried on. “But I couldn’t help but want to talk to somebody.”

Alexa Bliss continued the story about their first meeting by saying, “So she came up and started talking my ear off. Then we started throwing jokes back and forth to each other and realized that we were going to be best friends.”

“Instantly we became best friends,” Nia Jax said. “I have such a dry humor and she totally gets me.”

The roads for Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax could very well collide on the way toward WrestleMania because The Girl Who’s Not Like Most Girls will certainly want to be in the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble. But it’s great to know these two are still great friends backstage and it all started because Jax just needed someone to talk to.
