Alexa Bliss is the first person to ever hold both the SmackDown and Raw Women’s Titles. But she’s still just at the beginning of her WWE career. She seems to figure out a way out of any situation and she’s usually still holding her championship in the process.
Bliss is gearing up to face Mickie James at TLC in a match which is still happening on the card. So her battles never end in the ring and as champion, she continually has a big target on her small back.
Little Miss Bliss spoke to Bleacher Report where she opened up about her desire to continually improve her performance in the ring.
“I’m still working on my in-ring ability. I know I’m not the best in [the] ring. I try to get better with every match. I go to the [WWE Performance Center] and try to refresh my skills and learn new ones and bring that into my matches.”
Although she’ll have plenty of great WrestleManias to come Alexa Bliss will never forget her very first WrestleMania moment. However, unless you were smartened up to the fact beforehand you might never notice Alexa Bliss on screen.
Bliss was on hand alongside Charlotte Flair as a part of Triple H’s entrance at WrestleMania XXX as one of his royal henchwomen. Bliss remembers that day fondly as the first time she had the chance to be in front of that many people and spoke about how motivating of an experience it was.
“That was one of the best moments ever. I remember walking out and just hearing 80,000 people, and Triple H turned to all of us and told us, ‘This is just the beginning for you guys.’ Eighty-thousand people are here to see this match, to watch this show. To have that moment, it was definitely very motivating. I want that moment. I want to work my way up and have a match where that many people are cheering for me. It was really eye-opening.”
