Aleister Black Reveals His Reaction To Zelina Vega’s WWE Release

A few weeks ago WWE released another group of talents, and one of the released talents happened to be former NXT Champion Aleister Black. Since then Black has been opening up about his journey with WWE, and he recently appeared on Oral Sessions with Renee Paquette.

Last year Black’s wife Zelina Vega was released from WWE due to what was reported to be a breach of contract when she started an OnlyFans account after WWE issued an edict banning talents from third party platforms.

While speaking with Renee the former WWE star addressed his wife’s status with the company, and he noted that while he thought WWE’s reasons for letting her go were questionable, he tried to separate business from his personal life.

“Two weeks before I came back and hit Big E, I sat down with Vince and he was like, ‘Are you ready?’ One week later, I’m sitting in the gym and I see a name on the phone calling me. It was a distinct voice and this person also didn’t understand why I was let go. It was a sense of relief. They let my wife go, under reasons that are questionable. Everything got sorted out and is fine, but they called me and said, ‘We understand this is putting you in a tough spot.’ Nope, this is my career, I spoke about it with her and this is business between you and her. Does Tom, her husband have an opinion on it? Sure. Does Aleister Black the professional? Nope. He’s ready to go to work and create. She agreed.”

It’s been rumored that a WWE return could possibly be in the works for Zelina Vega, but only time will tell if that ends up happening. Stay tuned for updates.
