She recently told TMZ that she expects to be out of action for 6 to 7 months while she recovers. Paige’s boyfriend Alberto Del Rio recently appeared on Busted Open Radio, and he talked about his return to WWE, his departure and more. During the interview he noted that Paige will undergo surgery next Wednesday, and the surgery will be performed by the same doctor who worked on Tyson Kidd’s neck.
“She’s going to have surgery next week, next week on Wednesday. She’s been hurt for a while, she’s been seeking help for a while. I was paying for her physical therapy at one point. I was helping her to feel better, and it looks like finally after months and months they’re doing something to help her. I just want her to be ok, and she has an amazing doctor, the same doctor that performed surgery for TJ Wilson. So, hopefully after her surgery and everything she’s going to be ok, and she’s going to feel healthy, and good and happy to go back into the ring.”
