Alberto Del Rio has had a lot of success throughout his career. He’s held numerous championships in WWE, but one of the belts he has yet to win is the Intercontinental Championship.
Alberto Del Rio recently spoke to SportsKeeda.com and during the interview he said that the IC Title is one title he still wants to win and that he’ll probably only be wrestling for a few more years. You can check out the full interview here along with a quote below.
“I have been blessed when it comes to winning the titles as I have won it all and I am always in the scheme of things. I want to become champion one more time and there is one more title I would need to win in WWE to say, “I have won all the titles you have to win in this company” which is the Intercontinental title. Once it’s done, I think I am ready to say goodbye to the sport. I think I have 3-5 more years in wrestling and I am hoping I spend all those years in WWE.”
Last week Taz called The Rock out on Twitter over his new “Rock The Promo” contest. Taz brought up the fact that it’s similar to a segment he does on his show called Humpday Promos and then things got out of hand on social media.
The Rock sent a video to Taz which Taz has released and in the video The Rock says that there’s no beef and both contests were made for the fans to enjoy. You can check out the clip below.
