Alberto Del Rio Reportedly Arrested For Sexual Assault

Alberto Del Rio was arrested in San Antonio, TX last week according to News4SanAntonio.com and he is now facing sexual assault charges after he allegedly assaulted a woman.

According to the report, a woman is claiming that Jose A. Rodriguez Chucuan assaulted her on May 3 and caused multiple injuries to her body. She reported te assault the next day.

The woman claims that when she tried to report the assault to the police Del Rio slapped her across the head. When she asked him what he was doing he then reportedly slapped her across the head once again.

The victim went on to report that they then went downstairs and he forced her to wear a dress and dance for him. When she told him that she didn’t want to he allegedly told her not to cry, because he would take her son and drop him in the middle of the road somewhere.

According to the arrest affidavit the woman told police that he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
