AJ Styles has accomplished a lot throughout his professional wrestling career, and he’s reached some major milestones since signing with WWE in 2016.
Styles is the current Intercontinental Champion, a former United States Champion, and a two time WWE Champion. It’s probably safe to say he’ll be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame someday, and as fans know the ceremony usually features inductors to introduce the inductees.
During a recent Twitch stream The Phenomenal One talked about a possible Hall of Fame induction, and he noted that he would rather have a video play instead of having a traditional inductor.
“If I had the opportunity to go into the WWE Hall Of Fame, I’d rather a music video play, and then I come out, and I do my thing. That’s what I’d rather happen. I think that’s more entertaining – I mean, sometimes I feel like they take too long when they’re inducting someone. Like, it’s not your time, it’s someone else’s time. Induct them short and sweet.
Styles went on to say that he thinks John Cena’s induction for Kurt Angle was perfect.
“John Cena inducted Kurt Angle and John Cena did it perfectly, probably because he has had to sit through many, many of these. He knows how it works. He did it perfectly.”
