AJ Styles has been part of the WWE roster since 2016, and he’s achieved major success during his time with the company. Over the last few years Styles has managed to become a WWE Grand Slam Champion while working with some of the biggest names in the industry.
It seems that AJ is quite happy with his role in WWE, but there are many fans who have wondered if he might want to make the jump to All Elite Wrestling at some point. During a recent interview with Inside The Ropes, The Phenomenal One talked about the idea of him possibly working in AEW and he explained why he wants to be part of the WWE roster.
“I want to be with WWE and as much as I’d like to be with my friends [who are in AEW], this is what I know, this what I know is expected of me, I understand what they need here in WWE, and I want to be a part of it.”
This week on Monday Night Raw, AJ Styles battled Bobby Lashley in a competitive match for the United States Championship, but it was Lashley who ended up getting the victory. Stay tuned for more updates on AJ Styles as they become available.
