Current WWE Champion AJ Styles bumped into some familiar faces in Atlanta when he ran into Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian and Bullet Club members The Young Bucks. Styles shared the following photo on Twitter:
AJ Styles has history with The Young Bucks thanks to his time in The Bullet Club, and he has a lot of history with Kaz and Daniels thanks to his time in TNA.
Speaking of TNA, Jeff Jarrett recently returned to the company and he has accepted a position as an executive consultant. Although Jeff has returned, PWInsider reports that Jarrett and Dutch Mantel had no say in the creative direction of the recent TNA tapings.
The team of John Gaburick, Matt Conway and others directed the storylines for the recent tapings, and some of the angles were already said to be in place from Billy Corgan’s run with the company. Dixie Carter was not at the tapings nor was she involved with the tapings in any way.
However, Jeff Jarrett did suggest that TNA bring a familiar face back into the fold in the form of Don West. He’s been brought back to help liquidate TNA merchandise that’s been sitting in the warehouse.
TNA recently announced the return of Don West, and you can check out the announcement video below.
