AJ Styles Makes History At WrestleMania 37

AJ Styles has had some big matches at WrestleMania over the last few years, and on Saturday night he teamed up with Omos to challenge The New Day for the Raw Tag Team Titles.

The Phenomenal One and Omos managed to pick up the victory on the Grandest Stage of Them All, and in the process AJ Styles became a Grand Slam Champion in WWE.

Becoming a WWE Grand Slam Champion is impressive in its own right, but as Fightful pointed out Styles is also the first wrestler in history to become a Grand Slam Champion not only in WWE, but in TNA/Impact as well.

AJ Styles was once the face of TNA, and it’s also interesting to note that he was the first Grand Slam Champion in the history of the promotion.

During his run with TNA AJ Styles managed to capture the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, TNA X-Division Championship, TNA Tag Team Championship and the TNA Television Championship to earn his Grand Slam status.

So far in WWE AJ has captured the WWE Championship, WWE Intercontinental Championship, WWE US Championship and the Raw Tag Team Championship.
