The WWE has done their best to adjust to circumstances that have been created by the coronavirus pandemic, but it’s no big secret that WWE has had its fair share of positive COVID-19 tests over the last few months.
Several names have confirmed that they tested positive for the virus, and during a recent Twitch stream AJ Styles revealed that he tested positive for COVID-19 back in July.
“I tested positive a couple of weeks ago, almost a month, I think, ago. I feel for people who have to deal with this.”
The Rock also confirmed that he and his family tested positive for COVID-19, and The Phenomenal One acknowledged Rock’s announcement while talking about his own symptoms.
“I gotta say, I didn’t have many problems with it. Hopefully The Rock and his family are safe and nobody has too bad of symptoms. It’s not good for anybody. I went through it, I was one of the lucky ones. I had a headache, but never had a fever. Maybe a couple of boogers, that’s about it.”
AJ Styles was off TV for a few weeks and he resurfaced last month on the August 14 episode of SmackDown. He later went on to drop the Intercontinental Championship to Jeff Hardy on the August 21 episode.
