Survivor Series aired live from Petco Park on Saturday night and the show kicked off with the women’s WarGames match. Charlotte Flair entered first followed by Asuka. Michael Cole pointed out that the shark cages which are normally used for the WarGames matches were not present, so the wrestlers would instead stay backstage until it was time for them to join the match.
Iyo Sky entered the match next and she brought a garbage can lid into the ring with her as she went right after Asuka. Becky Lynch was the next member of Team Asuka to enter the match. She brought a kendo stick with her which she immediately used on Iyo Sky. Becky was beating down Charlotte Flair, but Alexa Bliss entered the match and made the save for her tag team partner.
Kairi Sane brought a chair with her to the ring when she joined the WarGames match on behalf of Team Asuka. Becky, Asuka and Kairi used the chain to tie Charlotte, Alexa and Iyo together as Kairi and Asuka connected with dropkicks on the trio. AJ Lee entered shortly after and Becky tried to hold the door shut so AJ couldn’t get in. AJ decided to climb over the top instead and she dominated the match for a few minutes.
Nia Jax made her way out and she took out Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss and Iyo Sky as soon as she entered the cage. Rhea Ripley entered next and she brought trash cans and kendo sticks with her. Lash Legend entered last as the match officially began.
The heels teamed up to beat down Rhea Ripley 5 on 1, but Charlotte jumped in and shoved Ripley out of the way right before Asuka spit out the mist, so Asuka ended up spitting the mist at Lash Legend by accident.
Iyo Sky went to the top of the cage and AJ Lee handed her a trash can. She did a Swanton off the top of the cage onto Asuka, Kairi Sane, Nia Jax and Lash Legend below.
Becky Lynch was the only member left standing on her team. She tried to climb out of the cage, but Charlotte stopped her. Rhea Ripley connected with Riptide then AJ Lee locked in the Black Widow
