AEW World Title Match Stopped Due To Injury

This week’s special edition of Tuesday Night Dynamite took place from Cincinnati and Jon Moxley defended his AEW World Championship against Adam Page in the main event.

Before the bell could ring Adam Page made his way out into the arena to brawl with Mox as he was making his entrance. MJF had been watching from the skybox as he often does, but at one point the commentary team noticed that he disappeared. Mox and Page battled back in forth in a hard fought match, but it ended after Jon Moxley hit Adam Page with a lariat and the referee called for the bell after the ringside physician checked on Page and stopped the match.

After the match William Regal made his way down to the ringside area as Moxley walked around with his belt. The medical staff brought out a stretcher as Taz expressed concern for Page on commentary.

Jon Moxley then got on the mic and said that he hopes Adam Page will recover 100%. He said wrestling is a dangerous game and you have to put everything on the line when you step in the ring. Mox said he was watching earlier and he saw MJF “talking a lot of s**t” and he called MJF out.

MJF then made his way out with a ref while carrying his poker chip that guarantees him a title shot. Max got in the ring and took off his shirt then rolled out and handed his poker chip to William Regal. He cut a promo saying that the fans know he’s a man, and he’s going to cash the chip in when Moxley is 100%.

Jon Moxley then said MJF has a date with the AEW World Champion at Full Gear.
