All Elite Wrestling has signed a number of talented wrestlers over the last few years, but it looks like at least one popular tag team could be parting ways with the promottion.
Dax Harwood of FTR recently spoke to Fightful Select about his AEW status and he noted that he believes his deal is up at the end of April. He originally thought the deal was up last year.
According to Harwood, he’s evaluating his options and he’s had a lot of conversations about their future. One idea that has been discussed would involve the team taking a break from major wrestling promotions for a full year to do things that are fun for them. He added that having the opportunity to work with indies and other promotions helped FTR discover how much fun that is for them.
FTR originally joined All Elite Wrestling back in May of 2020 and they are former AEW Tag Team Champions. They are also the current ROH Tag Team Champions, AAA Tag Team Champions and IWGP Tag Team Champions. Stay tuned for more updates as they become availabl.
