All Elite Wrestling has signed quite a few talents since the company first launched in 2019, but it seems that some names who have been there from the beginning are on their way out.
Fightful Select reports that Marko Stunt has not been backstage at AEW Dynamite tapings in months. It’s also being reported that there are no creative plans for Marko Stunt, and it was pointed out that there are merchandising designs for Jurassic Express that don’t feature Marko Stunt at all.
Despite his absence Marko Stunt is still technically with the company as his current deal with AEW is set to expire in May. Joey Janela recently indicated that AEW had “ghosted” Stunt, and Fightful notes that they’ve head the same thing.
It’s been said that Marko Stunt expressed a desire to stay with AEW and prove himself, but there’s no word on a follow up to that. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
