AEW has a vast roster of talent, but it looks like some departures might be coming. Recently it was reported that some in AEW believe Malakai Black is finishing up with the company, and another contract is set to expire soon.
Fightful Select is reporting that as of right now Maria Kanellis’ AEW contract is set to expire at the end of January. Maria recently noted that her deal was set to expire at the end of October, but it’s being reported that Maria and AEW agreed to a short extension which is set to run through the end of the month.
Maria Kanellis first debuted with All Elite Wrestling in October of 2022 alongside Matt Taven and Mike Bennett. In recent years she’s worked as a manager and it’s being said that she was open to helping out with creative for the women’s division.
