We’re only a few days away from the big All In pay-per-view at Wembley Stadium, and Tony Khan recently claimed that some changes will be made to the show due to real life situations.
Fightful Select reports that as of Tuesday Rey Fenix has been pulled from All In this weekend. However, it was noted that there are plans in place to explain why he’s been pulled from the show.
The indication that was given is that Fenix was pulled from All In due to travel, or visa related issues, not because he’s injured, but that hasn’t been confirmed just yet.
Rey Fenix was originally scheduled to team with Eddie Kingston, Penta and Best Friends to face Blackpool Combat Club and three mystery partners in a Stadium Stampede match. There’s currently no word on whether or not AEW has a replacement lined up for Rey Fenix, or if adjustments will be made to the match.
AEW All In will air live from Wembley Stadium on Sunday, August 27. Stay tuned for updates.
