The last week has been very eventful and all of the big wrestling shows that have taken place have given fans plenty to talk about. Last Friday the stars of ROH competed at Supercard of Honor, and Nigel McGuinness made his return to Ring of Honor to do commentary work at the event.
Following his appearance at ROH Supercard of Honor last week Tony Khan took to social media to confirm that Nigel McGuinness is now All Elite when he posted the following:
“Nigel McGuiness is a legend in pro wrestling, and now @McGuinnessNigel is All Elite! See you all TONIGHT on @TBSNetwork for a massive Wednesday Night #AEWDynamite, and I’ll have a very important announcement on TBS tonight!”
Nigel McGuinness has had a successful career in the wrestling world, but he retired from in-ring competition in 2011 and went on to work as a commentator. He signed with WWE in 2016 where he debuted as part of the WWE UK Championship tournament. McGuinness called the action on shows like NXT, 205 Live and Main Event before he was eventually released from WWE in October of 2022. Stay tuned for more updates on his status as they become available.
