All Elite Wrestling has changed the game in only a few short weeks, and the emergence of the new wrestling promotion has reportedly motivated WWE officials to try and lock in their talents to longer deals.
It’s safe to say that WWE and AEW will be competing for a lot of the same stars as time goes on, and according to WrestleVotes an offer has been made to a current WWE Superstar.
The report notes that the offer is “outstanding” and “almost too good to turn down.”
It’s no big secret that All Elite Wrestling has the money to make big offers, and Chris Jericho is reportedly making great money with his deal.
WWE confirmed last week that Dean Ambrose will not be signing a new contract when his current deal expires in April, and AJ Styles recently shot down a report claiming that he recently signed a new deal.
With AEW aggressively trying to sign talent, and top WWE Superstars potentially becoming free agents in the near future it sounds like the wrestling world could be in for a major shake up.
Seems like the first real shot has been fired… source says AEW has made an “outstanding” offer to a current, big time WWE superstar. An offer that is almost too good to turn down. Things are really about to get interesting.
