Ever since All Elite Wrestling was officially announced earlier this year, rumors about a big TV deal have been making the rounds, and it sounds like the deal could be official soon.
The Wrap is reporting that a deal between All Elite Wresting and Turner Sports is “virtually done.” The deal will reportedly be announced to select press one hour before WarnerMedia’s Wednesday upfront event next week.
Plans call for for AEW’s weekly TV series to air on TNT in the fall.
The financial terms of the deal are not expected to be disclosed because AEW is not a publicly traded company.
The presentation begins at 10 a.m. New York City time, and AEW President Tony Khan is expected to be in attendance at Madison Square Garden along with other stars from All Elite Wrestling.
