All Elite Wrestling is officially set to debut on Wednesday, October 2 and it doesn’t sound like fans should expect the company’s weekly show to be TV-PG.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, TNT made the decision a while ago for AEW’s weekly TV show on the network to be TV-14.
TNT has reportedly given the company specific bylaws regarding what lines they can’t cross. However, both sides have agreed that they want the show to edgier and more risque than WWE.
The show is also categorized as a “sports event” not entertainment.
TNT has sent out information for the debut show listing it as All Elite Wrestling, but Tony Khan did recently mention that the show will have a name, but it won’t be Wednesday Night Dynamite.
