Adam Page Returns And Earns AEW World Title Shot On Dynamite

On Wednesday night the special two year anniversary edition of AEW Dynamite aired live on TNT, and the Casino Ladder Match main evented the show.

PAC and Orange Cassidy kicked off the match, and Andrade El Idolo was the third man to enter. Matt Hardy was the fourth entrant, and he immediately targeted Orange Cassidy before cleaning house with a ladder.

Lance Archer entered next followed by Jon Moxley. Archer and Moxley bralwed through the crowd for a while until the action eventually returned to the ringside area.

Fans then waited to see who the Joker would be, and when the clock hit zero “Hangman” Adam Page’s music hit and the fans went wild for the his return. Page hit Dead Eye on PAC through a table from the top of the ladder, then Moxley took him out of the ring.

It came down to Moxley and Page on the ladder, and the fans were firmly behind Page as they changed “cowboy s**t.” They battled back and forth and Moxley dropped. Page then climbed the ladder and grabbed the chip to secure a title shot.
