The WWE roster is loaded at the moment, and thanks to the Wild Card Rule it’s becoming harder and harder for some Superstars to get on TV.
No one knows this better than Apollo Crews, as WWE hasn’t featured him consistently since he got called up a few years ago, but Crews did get a match on SmackDown Live this week.
Apollo Crews was booked to face Andrade, but Andrade attacked him before the bell, and then the match was blown off as Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor made his way down to the ring to brawl with Andrade.
It wasn’t much of a moment for Apollo Crews, and following SmackDown Live he retweeted a post saying, “Man… @WWEApollo deserves better. #sdlive”
