Sometimes wrestlers undergo name changes, as we saw this week on Monday Night Raw when the War Raiders were introduced as The Viking Experience.
Sports Business Journal recently revealed that NXT star Punishment Martinez has taken on a new name, and he will now be known as Damien Priest moving forward.
It was also noted that he will be undergoing a gimmick change as well, and fans can expect him to be darker moving forward.
“I’ve always been into the weird, the odd, the dark, so that’s the character I’ve always represented,” Martinez said.
