A few weeks ago, WWE announced that Dean Ambrose will not be renewing his contract.
Of course there are plenty of people out there who are hoping that Dean Ambrose will change his mind, and this week on Monday Night Raw he reunited with his Shield brothers.
The Shield will now go on to face Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre at Fastlane, but it doesn’t sound like Dean Ambrose’s status has changed.
Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that as of Monday WWE is under the impression that Dean Ambrose is still leaving when his deal expires.
Ambrose’s current WWE contract is set to expire in April.
