A few weeks ago on Raw, WWE teased a possible intergender match between Dean Ambrose and Nia Jax, and promo video advertising the match for an upcoming live event recently surfaced online.
However, WWE quickly confirmed that the match wouldn’t be taking place at the event it was being advertised for.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that the idea of a Dean Ambrose vs. Nia Jax match is still alive.
The company isn’t dead set against doing the match, it just isn’t happening at that specific live event. Right now everything just depends on where WWE decides to go with Dean Ambrose from a creative standpoint.
