All Elite Wrestling has announced a few signings so far, and everyone’s talking about who could potentially end up working with the company in the future.
CM Punk is currently a free agent, but he’s showed absolutely no interest in returning to the world of professional wrestling.
Despite the fact that Punk has stayed away wrestling, fans still talk about the possibility of him making a return to the ring with AEW, as unlikely as it seems at this point in time.
Punk hasn’t given any indication that he’s interested in AEW, but comedian Mike Lawrence recently compared AEW to Image Comics, and CM Punk joined the conversation by making a few jokes about the comparison.
All Elite Wrestling reminds me of Image Comics. The established publishers were skeptical and within a few years they were copying everything and begging those free thinking creators to come back. This really is the best thing that could happen to wrestling.

So everything is going to be late and most books won’t even come out? Also nobody can draw feet?

They can push for the rights of the talent in an abusive industry…and also have pouch on a pole matches!

“Just draw your character standing in some smoke, or fog. Or give him a cape and have that drape over their feet”

A fan then asked why CM Punk even cares, and Punk responded by telling the fan he and Mike were talking about comics, then proceeded to call him a “dumf***.”
Why do you care about this? you left wrestling all together. pic.twitter.com/xKpSgUhxn7
