For the last few year Roman Reigns has been pushed as WWE’s top star, but the Universal Champion had to vacate his title when he announced that he’s battling leukemia, and The Big Dog is currently focusing on his health.
With Roman Reigns out of action, WWE has had to shuffle the deck once again, and now other wrestlers are trying to claim the top spot on Raw.
Due to Roman’s current status, WWE changed the official Raw banner on WWE.com, and it now features Seth Rollins front and center.
Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet brought the change to the attention of professional wrestling fans via Twitter, and you can check out the old banner along with the new banner below.
At this point there’s no set timeline for Roman’s return, so there’s no telling when we might see him on WWE programming again.
It’s rumored that Seth Rollins may be the man who ends up facing Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 35 next year, so it makes sense that the company would want to put him in the spotlight.
