Mickie James is a professional wrestling veteran, and she’s no stranger to championship gold as she’s held titles in WWE, Impact Wrestling and several other promotions.
James made her return to WWE in 2016, and she’s been holding her own against the current crop of Superstars in the women’s division since then.
This week Mickie James competed in a gauntlet match to determine the next challenger for Ronda Rousey’s Raw Women’s Championship, and it turns out that the match was even more special for Mickie than any of us realized at the time.
The WWE Stats Twitter page noted that on Monday night Mickie James became the one WWE Superstar who has competed on Raw more than any other female in the history of the show.
History made on #RAW:
With her entry in tonight's #GauntletMatch, @MickieJames has become the @WWE Superstar who has competed on Monday Night Raw more than any other female in the program's 25+ year history. Tonight's match puts her ahead of longtime rival @trishstratuscom.

Unfortunately for Mickie she didn’t earn a shot at the title, but she did make history, so that’s certainly better than nothing.
It’s also worth noting that Ronda Rousey is now the second longest reigning Raw Women’s Champion in history.
Rousey will defend the Raw Women’s Title against Natalya next week on Raw.
As of this week, @RondaRousey owns the 2nd-longest reign with the Raw Women’s Championship. If she wants to claim the top spot, her current reign would have to last through the week of @WrestleMania 35 in 2019. #WWETLC
