Dean Ambrose was having a great run working as a tag team with Seth Rollins in 2017, but unfortunately their run was cut short after Ambrose suffered a triceps injury.
In Dean’s absence, Jason Jordan stepped up to fill his spot and he went on to win the Raw Tag Team Titles with Seth Rollins.
However, their run also had to be cut short after WWE announced that he had undergone surgery to repair a neck injury.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Dean Ambrose was seen training at the WWE Performance Center this week. An exact date for his return hasn’t been set, but he’s expected to return at some point this summer.
In addition to Dean Ambrose’s eventual return, Jason Jordan is also set to get back in the ring this summer, as his return is tentatively scheduled for July.
